From now on call me: Master Bentzur
no, really.
I just handed in my Masters (M.Sc.) thesis today. Of course I still have to go through the oral test but the hard part is over. I had tons of fun during the past two years and I have learned so much. I still have no idea what I’m going to do next but I’ll let you know when I decide.
For anyone interested, the topic of my thesis is: “Kinetic Aspects in Catalysis and Regulation of Eukaryotic Sulfhydryl Oxidase Enzymes“. catchy, right? The hardest part of writing the thesis was trying to translate the title to Hebrew.
So, if anyone has some good advice for people in major intersections of life, I’d be glad to hear it.
MAZAL TOV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ku-Looo-Looo-Looo-Looo !
What a relief, hay?
Now, get it orally over with (hmmm.. did I just say that?),
take your part from everybody, and get to know the world outside the campus for at least 2-3 months.
Weizmann is one amazing bubble,
but it doesn’t really resemble real average life.
A serious word of advice now:
Vacation time is not the absence of work,
I’ve seem some of my friends go crazy going fast from work to total couch-patotoism. They ended up hating themselves in front of the TV or a network computer game wandering what went wrong. Don’t go there, k?
I suggest you to treat your spare time as if it was a mission to have as much enjoyable activities and good time as possible. It might sound trivial but it aint: have your book full with people to see, thing to do and whatever you wished for when you didn’t have the time for it.
But enough with the heavy tones,
Vacation is great! Freedom is great!
And congratulations Master Bentzur,
May the force be with you!
