I’ve added a daily digest of the delicious links I add through the day. I think its a nice addition, it shows my followers what I find interesting. It should only appear in the feed and not as an actual post on the blog (or on twitter). I have no idea if it updates the feed with an empty digest (I hope not) on days I don’t add anything. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Last night was our 8th anniversary!
So, I dressed half decent and took Mrs. Bentzur to get something to eat. Lately we tried several restaurants that are considered really good in Tel Aviv and haven’t been excited (mostly disappointed) about any of them.
We ended up at Hudson Brasserie. I had a good feeling about the place the second we walked in. The decor is great and the smells were amazing. The service was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Everything we got served was just perfect; not just good, but perfect!
Keren ordered Chicken Satai which she loved. I ordered a 600 gr (that’s 21 oz in American) Sirloin and was amazed at how good it was. It’s been 14 hours since I ate it and I’m still enjoying it.
Anyway I think I found a winner, I’m not affiliated with the joint in anyway but we (Mrs. agrees) consider Hudson Brasserie to be the best restaurant in Tel Aviv.
Here I go again, attempt number 5 or 6 (not sure about this) at blogging. The first attempts failed miserably, but the last one lasted for a while. I stopped posting about two years ago due to many changes in my life (check out the about page for some personal details). I think lately things cooled down enough to allow me to take another aim at this.
I guess I’ll be posting the same kind of stuff I did last time. A mix of thoughts, opinions and stories about my family, tech and general life. I also plan to write about professional things too, like software development and programming.
Anyway, enough metablogging for now. Going to tweak the blog a bit and start posting.
Greetings to new and old readers, may this be a long relationship,
- Rotem.
